This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and terms for terminating your Akralegal subscription and requesting refunds.


1. Subscription & Billing

Akralegal operates on subscription-based billing (monthly or annually) as per the plan you select. Charges are automatically processed at the start of each billing cycle.


2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your Akralegal dashboard

Navigating to Account → Billing → Cancel Plan

Or contacting contact@akralegal.com

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until then.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate billing or overcharges
✅ Verified technical issues preventing platform access

Refunds will not be issued for:
❌ Change of mind or partial usage
❌ Failure to cancel before renewal
❌ Unused features of the platform


4. Free Trial Period

If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged unless the trial expires. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing. No refunds will be issued once the first payment is processed post-trial.


5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, send an email to contact@akralegal.com with the following:

Registered account email

Subscription plan details

Brief explanation of the issue

Attach payment confirmation (if available)

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days, if approved.
